Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
No.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
Privacy
To process an order we require certain information from you such as your name, email address and postal address. We will never sell disclose, rent or trade your personal information to any other party. Payment for your order will be processed by PayPal. See information about their privacy policy here.

No commercial use, distribution or any other unauthorised reproduction is permitted without written consent. Contact here if you require permission for commercial, editorial or web use.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your prints please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Prints can be returned for re-printing or refund. The value of refund or re-print is limited to a maximum value of the original purchase price. Please note that postage costs cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of digital images it is not possible to offer any refund for digital delivery/downloaded purchases.
Cropping and colour reproduction
Please note that not all images in the galleries will conform perfectly to the paper sizes offered. The crop will be made trying to preserve the longest side and will endeavour to make best use of paper and composition. This may on occasions result in a little 'white space' along one side of the print. If you require the image to fill the paper and be zoomed slightly, please specify this in the 'notes' text box at the point of ordering. The image previews are low resolution copies and may therefore not be a true representation of the final printed colours. Please note that due to differences in computer monitor calibrations and viewing environments exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.
